I saw Fear and Loathing twice in a normal state of mind - and then I saw it on LSD, and this movie is AMAZING!!!! I saw so much in the film when I was tripping, that I COMPLETELY missed when I watched it the first few times. There are so many subtle effects which you can only get when you are tripping, and I believe you can only truly understand this film tripping. I recommend anyone who trips to see thios film tripping becuase it really is an amazing experience, and I am going to watch it again on LSD.
For example - there are different effects whcih only hit you when you are tripping, the characters actions which are quick and twitchy, look very good when you have the retention of vision on LSD. The lighting used looks really brilliant and theatrical, and there are effects like when they are in the hallway, look down the end to see people in black moving along the wall far down. Their hotel room is also very deranged in its pysics on closer inspection also.
THIS MOVIE IS AN AMAZING TRIP which can only be seen tripping - someone reply who has also seen it tripping PLEASE!!!
