I think the whole key to this movie is to have done some kind of psychedelic drug at one point in your life to understand what the hell is going on in this movie. Once you have experienced a little bit of what these guys are going through it makes the move absolutely hilarious. I can totally understand why a person who has never done hard drugs would never find this movie appealing to them, its just one of those things you have to experience first hand before this movie makes sense. Although, I dont recomend watching the movie while on a trip!
