If they can wash paper money and leave it useable then they can certainly handle a dirty bomb! If you're like me and you accidently washed your pants and left your wallet with paper money in it in your pocket, then you understand how damaged a 1 dollar bill can become. Poor president Washington can't stand a washin'! The last thing we need is a dirty bomb detonating and spraying mud and dirt everywhere! It would completely ruin America's professional image if all our leaders were covered in filth! Would PM Blair be as willing to help us nuke Saddam if Pres. Bush showed up at the UN covered in mud? What would all the foreign big-wigs think? They'd think we're pigs! That's not the image we want to portray! Americans are MIGHT-TY!! We are the best in the world! Everyone bow before our awsome MIGHT-TY-ness!!
