01/24/97: Fierce fish

A Fish Called Wanda was a decent film with a few memorable parts. It was worth the 2 bucks I paid to rent it, and it didn't disgust me. However, it didn't make a real distinct impression on me as being a "classic".

The fact that this Fierce Creature's promotional stratagy is riding on the fact that "the cast of AFCW has returned" is not a real encouraging sign. I'll probably end up seeing the flick because I am such a Monty Python nut.

P.S.- You didn't happen to see Up In Smoke recently, did you, Mr. Cranky?
