I agree with you whole heartedly. We went to see the film this afternoon. Fortunately we paid matinee prices. I would have really been upset if we had gone at night.
I took Siskel's review to heart when he said 3 of 4 stars. That is the last time I even look at one of his reviews.
The movie was so bad my wife almost fell asleep at one point.
It was poorly written. Poorly directed. Story line was lame. It just was an awful movie.
Would that I had gone to see "A Fish Called Wanda" again instead of this turkey.
