I thought the movie was pretty crappy, with the ubiquitous "water effects" (When will Hollywood figure out that we are no longer amazed by the Terminator 2 computer effects, anyways?) that show up in all horror movies and all, but the worst, most heinous thing about this crappyass movie is the scene where the Grim Reaper shows up and starts ranting about how you can't "disrespect the Reaper." Hasn't the Reaper been around long enough to learn English? Doesn't he know "disrespect" is a noun, and never a verb? Maybe he should be called the "Grim Rapper" instead.
