But I liked it...I mean, it wasn't a great movie by any standard, but goddamn if it wasn't entertaining as hell, more as a dark comedy than as a horror film. The contrived deaths, the ridiculous (and I'd argue intentional) overacting, etc...I dunno, I just thought it was a fun thing to kick back to and yell "OH SHIT!" a lot.
I'd say the same goes for the sequel, which is a much worse movie but still pretty entertaining (and a lot of the time, downright hilarious)
