I imagined buck shot because that might have actually caused that much damage.

But bird shot? Might as well try wounding him with bird seed!

Any hunters on the forum? Can you do that much damage to a man with bird shot at 30 yards?

Tmundo, I'm no hunter either but I can imagine such small pellets can still kill a duck at 30 yards while not being able to penetrate outdoors clothing.

My only experience is airgun single pellets and I never shot them at a living thing.
