He either dies from his wound, only living long enough to let the Dr. know that his little friend was his prisoner.
He survives and wants her back in his custody but the Dr. protects her from him. He also wants his 9mm back but they don't give it to him because he's obviously wrapped way too tight and is also an asshole.
He survives long enough to cause trouble and let everyone know that in addition to having a killer body, the prisoner is a criminal, and then he's the next meal for whatever is running around the island.
