Forget Halo 2, Half Life 2, you know, those games with good graphics and fun gameplay and depth. No, Slothrop says he's happy with his Nintendo. Convincing himslf games like Pikmin that no one would even notice on any other system is "a masterpiece", just like the guys at IGN Cube and Gamespot said. Didn't Gamespot give Pikmin 2 a 10.0? Of course, the game is awful but the gaming media is ridiculously overrating Nintendo games. Just like Slothrop.
Slothrop says he's not sure what's better about the game. The colorful, technically deficient graphics designed with pretty, primary colors for three year olds, or the ten year old rehashed stale RTS gameplay hailed as "innovative" by IGN Cube, who gave the game their first ever "10.0+" rating. And "game of the century, at least until the next Nintendo published game!" Slothrop says Miyamoto is simply brilliant.
Slothrop enjoys battling the various fruits and vegetables against each other.
Of course, if this exact same game was on Xbox with an acclaim label slapped on, Slothrop and the big media game sites would say it was drek and certainly never play it...
