There was at least one moment where he froze up, like an animatronic dummy with a glitch in its program; scary and amusing.
That was on top of all his interminable pauses, smirks and missteps.
Of course, Kerry was really only marginally better; a crackaddled hamster fresh from Richard Gere's ass could have out-debated Shrubya.
