How stupid are we.. "Ohh no it's a little cloudy here and so we can't launch the shuttle into OUTER SPACE" (where there are no fuckin' clouds!) Gimme a break, and a missed launch costs $$$$!!
And we want to go to the Moon again in 13 years, HA! "Ohh no, we can't go to Moon today because it's raining in Equatorial Guinea and that could cause our precison guidance system to send the ship into the sun... maybe..."
