Is it illegal? Yes. Should it be? Probably not. Does seeing a prostitute make him a hypocrite? Very probably. Does it impact his ability to do his job? Not likely.
There are far worse things our Congressmen do, things that are both legal and illegal. Let's get our priorities in order.
