I guess a modest increase doesn't have much effect on unemployment.
Of course if it was increased to $15 an hour, I bet you'd see a lot of trouble. Who's going to pay $15 an hour to a high school dropout with no job skills? How would such a person get a job if the minimum wage was $15 an hour?
