It's attitudes which decide what laws we make.Depicting kids being f####d by adults, as though its just another expression of sexual desire, 'valid' as any, is the first step in the normalisation of sexual abuse of minors. Many a 'father' currently abusing his daughter(s) will get partial 'validation' from this.
And paedophiles have long claimed that kids 'enjoy' the sex, that they 'want' it. This will only support their claim.
Having worked with kids who have been abused both physically and sexually, including a twelve year old girl (whose memories of the 'sex' involved only pain and the blood running down her legs,) I think this decision is an absolute stinker.
