Wow! As I was reading your post, I though to myself, "this is a truley important statement. I think that this letter, written by someone who obviously knows what they are talking about, and couldn't be more right in their opinions, will cahnge the way that Mr. Cranky reviews his articles, and that now he will put a more friendly, likable touch on his reviews."
