10/12/07: Al Gore? For environmental stuff?

Do they have to give one of these things out every year or what? I don't follow Nobel Peace Prize offerings. Al Gore seems to have a thing for the environment, but that can't really be considered peace as in non-violence amongst other human peace, can it?

I like Al Gore, the guy is smart, but I think he'd have been a good president. Winner of the peace prize I'm not sure.
