I've wanted to dislike Pearl Jam for some time now, but I must admit, I find them much more interesting and likable now than I did three years ago. They seem to have lost that huge chip on their shoulder. They're playing much better music now than they did from 1991-1993, when they were so ridiculously popular.
Also, Eddie, I love the "Last Kiss" cover. Your voice was made for that fucking song. Great melody, and you manage to dig up multiple themes, both dark and light, that run through a teeny bopper song from 1964. Now that's impressive.
