I didn't see the movie but I can take a shot at the premise. Lets see everything wrong in the black community is the white mans fault. Even though noone alive today owned slaves. People like the asians,irish,italians, etc. were not welcome with open arms either. They established a strong family and supported the children that they had and didn't expect the government to do it for them.
