When the Irish first came to Boston there were signs on the store windows that read "Irish need not apply". So the Irish entered politics and became police officers to over come this prejudice. Black people were not treated well in this country but you also have to blame Africa for selling its people. America has tried to help black people with welfare, affordable housing, free schooling etc. It seems the harder you try the more critisized you get. I don't get any financial help for my schooling and I won't get a job because of my skin color. Instead of crying about what happened I would take advantage of it. Talk about racism if me and a black person wanted to go to a certain college and my score was twice as high he most likely would be accepted over me.It seems to me black people are more concerned with what German car they drive than what can they do to help their kids education.Oh yeah about that million man march. What did it accomplish?
