Q and I have initiated a torrid affair some days ago. It was a revelation for both of us - as though we were two parts of the same soul all along. (Actually, his comment was that I should let him plant my brain in Vash's body, but when I vetoed the idea, he said he could live with it.) Anyway, it's all become too deliriously wild to indulge any longer within the confines of a single planet.
Therefore, I've accepted Q's offer to explore some strange new worlds of our own. I would have invited all of you to a Merlot-and-pretzels reception before we left, but he's in a hurry. (Won't even let me go home to stop the mail, the impetuous omnipotent.)
Some of you may have seen this coming. After all, I confessed to an earlier relationship with that Klingon Kahless, so it shouldn't come as a surprise to discover what a sucker I am for larger-than-life males.
I'll think of you, and I flatter myself to think that you'll remember me. Enjoy the national attention that seems to be on the way for Cranky denizens. Recall that while I may have been misleading, I never told a lie. (And e-blather me if you have a chance.)
Oh, and we're taking Siggy along with us - given our respective personalities, I think we may need his services, and Q promised him a couch beyond his wildest decorating schemes. Nixon, Miss Austen and the Imperial Accountant asked to come as well, but since they were only one-joke wonders, we'll leave them to your tender mercies.
