Who the hell does Mr. Cranky think he is? He is nothing more than an ignorant loudmouth who wouldn't know a good anime if it walked up and kicked him in the balls. I utterly reject his review as a peice of crap. He hasn't understood the film, so he thinks that gives him the right to slag it off. The hell it does. This is a classic anime which illustrated the dangers of evoultion through technology and should be evaluated by more open minded critics. Mr. Cranky dosen't like anime. He is prejudcied. I strongly reccomend this film and would place it in my all time top 10 movies (anime and otherwise).
