I understand your love for anime, but you just don't seem to get mr. cranky. His whole gimmick is to only give bad reveiws. He's like a parody of movie critics{ala jay sherman "it stinks"}. The best rating you can get is one bomb. I don't think he really has a technical way of choosing how many bombs it is. He probably just slaps one on that he feels right, I doubt he really cares,. I was offended by him at first to until I figured it out. Now I just come to the sight for a laugh. His humor might not be your taste...that's just how it is.
