Your last post was a brief. In a case that has not been heard or decided yet. It is not proof of anything. It is a brief. All it proves is that someone has made an argument. You can argue anything, grundle. You can argue that the moon is blue or that Arafat's a Jew. It proves diddly.
Now for the other thing. You think that I'm Richard. Is this another dodge, grundle? Another reason not to answer people? Are you going to try to distract everyone by screaming about Richard and pointing at Richard everywhere, everywhen, all the time, 24/7/365?
Which Richard, grundle? Richard Nixon is dead. Richard III is dead. Rich Little's career is tanking. Richard Posner is on your side. Richard Lewis's career is in the toilet. Richard Bramson is running Virgin. Richard Castellano is dead. Richard Dreyfuss looks like Dick Cheney. Oh, yes, that's really Richard Cheney. Richard the Lionheart is dead. Richard Dean Anderson has stopped playing MacGyver and is now in the "Stargate" series. Richard Bernstein is a bad book reviewer for "The New York Times."
Figure out which Richard you want me to be, and get back to me. But I'll still be just a bystander, grundle.
