That's so sad, that you believe that stuff. Can you prove it by quoting this guy Richard, chapter and verse? I'd love to see proof for your claims. Show me explicitly where the Constitution says, "The federal government can't spend money on health care." Show me explicitly where it says, "Congress can't spend money on health care." Show me explicitly where the Constitution says that you can ONLY spend money or do things for things that this document specifically authorizes.
And I don't want to hear one word about the Tenth Amendment, grundle. That's a loser argument if ever there was one. That's the kind of argument made by pockmarked geeks who can't get a date and who have pocket protectors stuffed with leaking Flair pens and eyeglasses with Scotch tape around the nosepiece holding the frame together.
I bet that your reading of this guy is as good and sound as your reading of anything in this or the other thread, that is, that you're blowing smoke and trying to distract everyone from an argument that you're losing. I don't believe one word of what you say about Richard.
