I, myself, enjoyed the movie. It told me that I didn't have a clue what went on in American History. This movie has gotten me to research into Medger Evers and find out more about him and what he did. I think you are wrong in saying the makers were just trying to be nice and that they were just out there for the Oscer. This movie is made to show how sick American history was and that you should go out and find out more information about civil rights leaders like Medger Evers. It also shows that justice was finaly served by put the coward of a murder away for the rest of his life!!!
