Acutally no, but I think that would make an interesting movie: a depressed middle-aged man (played by Steve Buscemi) takes a vacation to Miami, isn't allowed in the clubs, has to watch people having sex on the beach, and ends up failing to stop a purse snatcher. Then he tells the story on an internet message board, and someone makes it his mission to hunt him down and kill him. They find each other and duel.
