Decent movie, almost faithful to the book. I'm one of the few who thinks Tom Cruise is a pretty good actor. Ever since reading The Firm, I haven't been able to finish the other two Grisham books that I started, A Time to Kill and Rainmaker. They have the same -young lawyer challenges the corrupt bureaucracy- theme. Anyway Cruise's presence on screen is usually not boring.
