HOW TO MAKE A GRISHAM MOVIE RIP-OFF:
1) Make corporations the bad guys (this also works for Mike Crichton).
2) Have them tied in with the government.
3) Somebody discovers something which nobody in the audience understands what it's about.
4) The hero/heroine or sidekick has to be a lawyer, who is also bulletproof.
5) Throw in some car explosions and bizarre chases.
6) The heroes make a deal not to make an expose on the bad guys in return for their lives.
7) Add a lot of press conferences and court scenes.
8) Hire Hollywood favorites for all the roles.
9) The End.
