What a stupid, stupid film. Kenneth Braughn's character is an unsympathetic jerk ("I gotta leave again to go somewhere, will you watch my kid?"). The approaching "hurricane" is a joke. For one thing, it looks like it was shot in January. Another, the winds are zephyrs, nothing more. Third, the power stays on much longer than it would in a hurricane. Fourth, nobody has bothered to prepare for it: nothing's boarded up, people stand in front of windows, casually hang out at bars and drive around, etc.
That's not even considering that it has a(nother) stupid Grisham plot and endlessly boring dialogue. Shut up!
And won't Robert Downey, Jr OD already. I'm so sick of this untalented puke hamming his way through movies I'm going to puke up my organs.
