There are community classes in which you can take to manage your anger. We can help you force yourself to accept docile ways of enjoying life and contemplating on your hopeful future. It is reminded that one without control of the hostile emotions that control itself is controlled by the greater power which is me. So if you must speak of anger, you are reminded that you are under my strings you slave.
