1. 1. If it wasn't for the huge US defence budget Australia would have been taken by the Japanese in World War
2. The worst mass shooting in history occured in Port Arthur, Tasmania just a few years ago.
3. Far more patents are issued to the US each year than any other country.
4. The US has a far higher per capita amount donated to charity each year than Australia.
5. From personal experience the people in the US and UK are more polite, thoughtful, and positive than their Australian counterparts.
So maybe you should check your facts before you start mouthing off.
And no I am not an American. I was born in the UK and lived in Australia since I was 2 (ie 36 years now). Last year I lived and worked in UK and the US for several months. When I got back I realised just what a big headed bunch of know nothing yobbos Australians are. Just tune in to 2WS in Sydney and listen to their ridiculous boast about Sydney being the greatest city in the world. After coming back from London and Chicago I realise just what a ridiculous assertion that is.
Yes I know what you are thinking. If I like the UK and US so much why don't I move there permanently. Its because my family and friends live here. If it wasn't for that I would be out of Australia in a flash .
