He was no Cobra Commander.
Cobra combs the tombs of history's greatest conquerors, generals and tyrants for DNA to create the ultimate Cobra Emperor!
DNA: Alexander the Great, Napolean, Julius Caesar, Attila the Hun, Rasputin, Vlad Tempes (the real Dracula), Charlemange, Genghis Khan, Hannibal, Motezuma (which makes no sense), Sun Tzu, some Egyptian dude, some Viking dude, some prehistoric snake lord (don't ask!) and other people who are completely unfamilair with modern tactics and the current geo-political world.
Big problem: Some of the listed DNA wouldn't be easy to find, like Alexander the Great's and Genghis Khan's, whose tombs have never been found. There maybe some others lost, too (Solution: Substitute DNA from Jason Alexander and Madeline Khan)
Bigger Problems: How to combine DNA. How make him fully grown.
Biggest Problem: Who cares? Most 80's Joe fans like Cobra Commander better. The catch phrase "This, I command!!" is just annoying. And Cobra ain't allowed to win, super clone boy or no super clone boy!
