1: Nicolas Cage is actually tri-modal: you forgot the calm, non-bored mode from movies like Valley Girl, Amos & Andy or Con Air (which I appologize for reminding you all of).
5: John Lithgow has a third combo-mode: the goofy/scary criminal gone bonkers mode, as in Buckaroo Banzai.
