...yeh, it SHOULD be a learning institution, but too many of the people there use it to try to prove that Social Darwinism is just and right...
...the problem is larger than guns, or school security...it has to do with attitudes...kids haven't changed since I was a kid (hell, MANKIND hasn't changed since the Cro-Mangnon phase), and they always seek out the low bird in the pecking order, and peck and peck, and peck...take that away, and MAYBE some of this horror can be avoided...maybe...but some of the blame MAY rest upon the parents of the killers, but I can't add that to the hell that they are already going through...
BUT THIS, this was a planned, cold-blooded mass-murder...that much I'll definitely accede to...
...the deaths of these children are unwarranted and untimely...their families and community will have to live with it when WE have all forgotten it...THAT is one of the saddest parts...
yeh, death is forever...pain lasts a lifetime...
