the movie kicked ass and that's all there is to it. so what if it didn't have any deep meaning for most people, are we not allowed to watch a movie and enjoy it for whatever reason. whether or not you can relate to the circumstances the characters are in, you have to understand that for quite a few people out there, that is what life is sort of like-- usually not so lucky, or humorous-- but indeed similar. it was a good movie whatever you took away from the experience.
