I almost gagged on my popcorn as I saw "The King of Stereotypes, Evil Frenchie Extrodinare" Jean Reno appear on the screen. I almost expected to see Gary Oldman walking behind him. Aside from the obvious flaws, ('Zilla wasn't fighting any other monsters, hell, he wasn't technically breathing fire) this movie plays out like a poor man's JP: Lost World. One suggestion that would have made this movie better:
Let Godzilla run around in Adolph Guliani's NYC. Before you know it, 'Zilla and Hideki Benito Guliani have struck up a deal and Godzilla is the new security force of the Big Apple.
