That had to be my favorite michigan-horror-host..
I also remember the WXON Double feature: The opening to that thing used to give me nightmares!!
On the topic of 'the Ghoul':
A couple of years back, on halloween night, Count Scary and The Ghoul had a 'showdown' to see who was the best horror-host in michigan..
The show they hosted was the Original "Night of the Living Dead".. Every 20 minutes, or so, they'd cut to a skit of either Scary or the Ghoul pulling off some form of halloween hijinks...
During the running of "NOTLD", Scary and the Ghoul inserted various sound effects that were just hilarious.. The best of them: Everytime you'd see a door creep open slowly, you'd hear a toilet flush..
