Dudes, those are completely different characters.
Infra-Man was an imitation of MASKED RIDER, AKA: KAMEN RIDER (Toei; 1971), which spawned the "Henshin Hero" series (with morphing superheroes, like KIKAIDER, INAZUMAN, ARASHI, BAROM 1, etc.) The Henshin Hero shows led to the Sentai Shows (which DYNAMAN and POWER RANGERS were taken from) and Metal Hero shows (where VR TROOPERS and BIG BAD BEETLEBORGS were butchered from).
Jet Jaguar looks more like Jumborg Ace and Spectreman. There were TONS of Ultraman imitations, mostly in the 1970s, but the coolest ones were SPECTREMAN, IRON KING, METEOR MAN ZONE (a Toho series which Godzilla guest starred in 5 episodes of, Gigan guest starred in one with him, and Ghidorah guest starred in a different two episodes) FIREMAN, MEGALOMAN, etc.
