Yeah, you gonna pay me the difference if that doesn't work out? Doubt it.
I seriously doubt home prices are going anywhere in Texas..media doesn't jive with reality. As I said also, Texas economy tends to remain above national, if there is a downturn, it will be less here.
Find a site with Texas home prices so we can check it in one year and find you objectively wrong.
