BTW, I see pretty much ZERO negative effects of a high birth rate..this is one of the things really plaguing Japan and liberal Western Europe..an aging and declining population brought about by low birth rates..hell France has instituted all kinds of government programs to try to get women to have more kids (extended family leave, etc).
It also hurts Western Europe in their fight against the influx of Muslim immigrants..those have lots of children, while hedonistic westerners do not, in the end of course, this results in the immigrant population taking over the society..
I'm sure a good chunk of the USA rate IS due to Hispanic immigrants. That's probably not too terrible though, as they assimilate fairly well and dont desire to destroy us like Muslims would, or like say, you and your liberal friends do Xur.
