I don't know if most people agree with this or even if I agree with this yet, but a 128 bit rate is supposed to be "CD quality." If that was the case and your average tune takes up only 5 meg, than one common CD could hold 120 songs.
Record companies should be scared, very scared of MP3 and other compression technology. Who the Hell wants to pay $16 for a CD with only 10 songs on it when your cost for a CD with 120 songs (and none of them sucky) costs about a buck + your download administration time?
