12/27/06: What kind of statistical comparison is that?

Spain's GDP = $1 trillion/year Cuba's GDP = $39 billion/year

What Cuba has been able to do in the field of medicine with the meager resources available to it is nothing short of spectacular, especially within the orbit of Latin American neo-colonies. I agree that Cuba should be looking to provide all its citizens with the best quality healthcare, but this kind of article is a non sequiter in terms of statistical comparisons.
