12/27/06: There's nothing like a bunch of Cuban expats in Miami

to come up with reasons why Cuba has failed as a country.

In my opinion, contrary to the all-powerful embargo America has placed on her, Cuba has done a pretty good job of surviving everything thrown at her, from Communism and Kruschov to the Bay of Pigs to America-only-knows-what.

Unfortunately, American has driven Cuba into such a corner that I doubt that even the death of Castro will force the country into America's hooks and crooks.
