do a google search using the following as an example. If you own the Lyra M100512 player, type the following into google:
Lyra M100512 problems
If it's the Lyra M100512 player, type in:
Lyra M100512 problems
You get the idea, I'm sure.
You'll get a lot of results, so you have to filter them out. Ssome will be links to forums. In some cases, the most recent results will be at the end of a specific forum, in some cases, the most recent results are at the start of a forum.
