Now I will declare BOTTOMSIES in the fine tradition of these media prostitutes.
"I hereby declare that these said BOTTOMSIES are now under my Congressional purview and, therefore, it is indeed time for me to help reduce our Government further by increasing the BOTTOMSIES Protection Agency by 100,000 new federal employees and two billion dollars."
