This was a terrible movie! If it wasn't for the fact that I saw it for free, I'd be pretty pissed off about wasting $15 to see this film.
This movie is essentially a 2 hour trailer for the next Harry Potty film.
The only thing of significance that occurs in this film is the fact that Voldemort comes back from the dead. And we find this out at the very end of the film. What does make the preceding 1 hr 45 min? Nothing but padding.
All you need to do is tell a Harry Potter fan that in "Goblet Of Fire", Voldemort is resurrected and they won't need to see the movie and will be fully prepared story-line-wise for the next Harry Potter film.
Absolute garbage. Nothing but an empty trailer. Take away Voldemort at the end and the film says nothing. None of the characters change, nothing else happens that would affect a future plot line in a subsequent movie. The first Harry Potter film was actually decent to watch.
2 bombs Cranky? Come on, I know Harry Potter ain't a bad series but this movie was crap and empty and said nothing new.
2 bombs? Sheesh, you've marked movies far better than Goblet Of Fire with far worse ratings. Sheesh!
