07/20/07: Lance, I'll say this for the last time.

Nuclear waste is unsafe. We may deceive ourselves into believing that we can contain it and never have to worry about it again, but there's a very good chance we'll be wrong.

This planet's all we have - we need to know unequivocally that the decisions we make now won't cause irreparable damage in the future.

As well, you can stop trying to stuff your stats down my throat. I understand very well that fossil fuels have cause more damage to the world than anything else to date. We need alternatives, likely nuclear energy. I also understand that we unless we learn from our mistakes, we'll be one of the shortest-lived species ever.
