This is for your TV station, right? So you guys should be able to purchase editorial/television rights to one of their images. I've used them numerous times for publishing pics of historical figures.
Unless of course you're just looking to pick something up off the internet, which is pretty much illegal unless you get permission from Banks herself. But, whatever. That's a risk you have to decide whether or not you're willing to take...
