The biggest problem they seem to have is that they went for "celebrities" instead of polished radio talent. Rhandy Rhodes is the only one I know of with a background in radio broadcasting, and she's pretty much a hack. The end product often comes off as sloppy and bush league (no pun intended) as a result.
IMO, They need someone like KABC's Michael Jackson (the radio one with 7 broadcasting Emmys, not the pop star freak) to draw in a broader base and keep them there.
